Sujeewa Yala Safari gave us an incredible day inside Yala National Park. The jeep was clean and comfortable with a lifted roof, perfect for watching animals. Our guide was so kind and knowledgeable — he spotted wildlife we would have never seen on our own!
We were lucky to see leopards, elephants, deer, crocodiles, and many colorful birds. Everything was well-timed and organized, and we really felt safe and relaxed throughout the tour. Definitely one of the best safari experiences we’ve had in Sri Lanka!

We had an amazing safari with Sujeewa Yala Safari! The jeep was comfortable and perfect for viewing wildlife. Our driver was very friendly, experienced, and knew exactly where to find animals — we saw leopards, elephants and many birds. He explained everything about Yala National Park and made sure we got the best photo spots.
The tour was well organized from pickup to drop-off, and the early morning drive through the jungle was truly magical. Highly recommend this safari for anyone who wants a genuine and memorable Yala experience!

I liked safari in Yala park. It was my first safari, there are three options to go in the morning, after noon and also whole day. I’ve chosen morning safari from 5:30 - 11:00. We quickly got to the park, paid for entry tickets. Guys told me about Yala, and I asked about bungalows on the territory. There is a good option to stay right in the park to observe animals life and enjoy nature, but you should do it in advance. Unfortunately, I didn’t know about it before and was limited in time. The driver stopped if anyone noticed animal, turned off engine so as not to scare them. We could see a lot of birds and checked them in the book. Also they gave me binoculars and it was good to watch for those who are far enough. Unfortunately, we didn’t find leopards, but guys really tried to show me them they changed spots, waited and kept further from other cars. I’m happy about my experience in this trip and so grateful to these guys for it.

Although the organization spoke with excellent English over the phone, unfortunately our driver did not speak English.
We were probably expecting a different service, because we were looking for a real guide who would explain something about Yala to us and who wouldn't just take us around the Park.
However, we appreciated the supply of the binoculars we had requested and a booklet with photos of birds to identify the various species.
We haven't been particularly lucky with sightings, but that's just a matter of luck...
The guide, although he did not speak English, was kind and it was clear that he was interested in showing us the animals.
14,000 rupees... an above average price that we had taken for granted also guaranteed a better experience than the basic one offered by hotel facilities. Unfortunately that wasn't the case...
Since we realize that we cannot offer a sufficient service compared to the past, it would be right to warn the customer or at least reduce the price...

I have been travelling with Sujeewa for years on many challenging adventures. Every time it was rewarding with something new.
